Refer to Determining the Current <span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><a style=\"color: #82b541;\" href=\"https:\/\/sankalpit.com\/connectwise-automate-consulting\/\">ConnectWise Automate<\/a><\/span> Version\/Licensing for detailed instructions on locating the specific version of Automate you are using.<\/li><li>Experiencing an issue?<strong><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"> <a style=\"color: #82b541;\" href=\"https:\/\/sankalpit.com\/\">Click here<\/a><\/span><\/strong> to see a list of our current known issues and their statuses.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Enhancements<\/h3><ol><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Release Date Column<\/strong><\/span><br \/>The Patch Manager now includes a Release Date column that displays the date that a specific patch was made available.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Computer Management Screen Performance<\/strong><\/span><br \/>In order to improve performance, responsiveness and load times, various enhancements have been made to the backend of the Computer Management screen.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Computer Management Screen Tiles<\/strong><\/span><br \/>The Computer Management screen now enables users to arrange tiles dynamically into multiple rows.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Database Agent Enhancement<\/strong><\/span><br \/>The Database Agent has been updated to retain more information from remote monitors. The History tab of the Remote Monitor Configuration screen will now display more verbose results in the Type column.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Mac Machine RAM Usage<\/strong><\/span><br \/>The method for determining the memory used and memory available for Mac agents has been updated. The reported memory utilization now matches the actual usage of the agent.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Remote Plugins<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Remote agent plugins will now attempt to remain loaded through temporary service disruptions so that the plugins continue to function without needing to be reloaded.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Unrecognized Commands<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Commands that are not recognized by the remote agent will now return a failed\/unrecognized status to better explain why the specific command has failed.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Linux Agent BIOS Data<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Addressed an issue with the POSIX agent to ensure that Ubuntu collects the BIOS and other system information successfully and that data is properly displayed on the Hardware tile of the Computer screen.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Mac\/Linux Roles<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Mac\/Linux roles will now properly report as False when the role is no longer detected.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Monitor Tile Time Periods<\/strong><\/span><br \/>The Monitor tile has been updated to address an issue that was causing incorrect time periods to display in the Data Collection graph.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Patch Jobs<\/strong><\/span><br \/>An issue has been addressed to ensure that Patch Jobs in the Patch Manager are sorted from newest to oldest.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Patch Manager Groups<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Corrected an issue in the Patch Manager to ensure that when adding a group, the list of groups is sorted alphabetically.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>POSIX Agent File\/Directory Check<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Addressed an issue with the POSIX agent that was causing File\/Directory Check monitors to not report the file size in bytes on Success returns.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>POSIX Agent Tray<\/strong><\/span><br \/>An issue has been addressed to ensure that the POSIX Agent Tray does not cause an icon to be shown on the dock when running on a Mac.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Remote Monitors<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Corrected an issue that was causing some unexpected behavior when attempting to refresh the Configuration tab of a remote monitor during creation.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Script Debugger<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Addressed an Update<\/a> Logs of the Patch Manager will sort in chronological order.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Ticket #8600859:<\/strong><\/span> Corrected an issue that was causing some invalid data values to be entered as an operating system in the database.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Ticket #8663284:<\/strong><\/span> Addressed an issue that was causing some remote monitors to continuously uninstall and reinstall in some instances.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Ticket #8799672:<\/strong><\/span> An issue has been addressed that was preventing an Interval time of 300 seconds from being set on some monitors.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Ticket #8817033:<\/strong><\/span> Addressed an issue to ensure that Adobe updates are installed properly via the Patch Manager when an older version of the application is found.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Ticket #8827974:<\/strong><\/span> Corrected an issue that was causing the Computer Management screen to take too long to close in some circumstances.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #82b541;\"><strong>Ticket #8850692:<\/strong><\/span> Addressed an issue in the Storage tile of the Computer Management screen that was causing the tile to not behave in the same manner in a custom workspace as it does in a default workspace.<\/li><li><span
