Important Information

  • Patch 1: This patch for Automate 12 has been officially released as of January 17, 2018.

Enhancements

Alphabetical Sorting of the Computer Management Screen
When right-clicking on the Plugins icon in the Computer Management screen, the list of plugins will now be sorted alphabetically.

Maintenance Mode
To ensure full compatibility and functionality in Automate v12, Maintenance mode has been updated. The user can specify the purpose of the maintenance mode using a new Reason field. This reason field is also handy in additional maintenance mode settings in the Patch Manager.

Windows Version in Patch Manager
There is a Device Screen of the Patch Manager where the Version and Servicing Option of applicable devices with Windows operating systems will be displayed. Moreover, the Patch Manager will be further able to install Windows 10 feature updates.

The documentation link for SSL requirements in the patch installer has been corrected so as to direct to the correct documentation page.

Software Tile
Initially, there was a confusion when an application was added to both the white list and the blacklist. That issue has been resolved and from now on any such application will be considered blacklisted.

An issue has been corrected that was incorrectly prompting a user for confirmation twice when attempting to delete a computer.

Addressed an issue to ensure that when editing a template, the Active Menus list under the Tray Menus tab should reflect the actual menu order as set in the template.
